01 · What we do
We help travellers find flights and hotels, hold them together as a single trip in one cart, and check out once. Inventory comes from licensed Global Distribution Systems and direct supplier feeds; payments are processed by Razorpay; refunds are passed through transparently with our agent fee disclosed up front.
We are a booking facilitator. The actual flight or stay is delivered by the operator (the airline or the hotel). Our role is search, comparison, ticketing through licensed channels, and end-to-end customer support.

04 · How we operate
Prices are static — the price you see today is the price you pay at confirmation. No surge, no countdown timers, no "3 other people looking at this." Service fee is flat and disclosed on the same page as the fare. Payment is collected once, at confirmation, through Razorpay's PCI-DSS L1 environment. Personal information is processed in line with India's DPDP Act 2023 — read the Privacy Policy for specifics, including the grievance route and the cross-border transfer disclosure for our payment and inventory partners.
